Jayanti’s distinct product lines are independently managed by different trading companies. Besides, the Group also has few investment and distribution companies.
- Indian Products Limited: Established in 1980, with its registered office in Bangalore, Whole Black Pepper was the main item of export during the initial years. Indian Products has gradually expanded its product range to include a wide variety of Spices in whole, crushed and powdered forms. Decaf Tea is its indigenously manufactured pioneering product being exported from India. Commercial Production of Natural Caffeine has started recently.
- General Commodities (P) Limited is a major holding company. The company also exports value added spices to North America.
- Jayanti S.A based at La Chaux-De-Fonds in the canton of Neuchatel in Switzerland is the Europe-centric marketing office of the Group. Jayanti S.A specializes in sourcing hygienically processed spices from its own and other modern plants in major origins and delivering to the door step of European Industrial users. The strategic advantages of origin processing and convenience of local relationship marketing is infused into its competitive pricing in local currency.
- NKG Jayanti Coffee: NKG Jayanti Coffee is the Joint Venture of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe -Germany and Jayanti –India. Jayanti, partnered with the world’s leading green coffee specialists – NKG in 2008. NKG’s global presence extends to 48 companies in 28 different countries. NKG Jayanti Coffee is the largest exporter of Indian Green Coffee beans. Jayanti has a 40% stake in this venture.
