The 11th World Spice Congress being organised by Spices Board, India and All India Spices Exporters Forum will unfurl its curtain in the quaint city of Pune which has its synonyms as Queen of the Deccan, Maharashtra’s cultural capital, Pensioner's paradise and Oxford of the East.
This historic but fashionable city amidst its green garden canopies will host the global meet on Spices during Feb 9 to 11, 2012.
The 11th World Spice Congress intends to deliberate on the theme “Sustainability and Food Safety - Global Initiatives”, setting the momentum for a direction – which will have long lasting effects on the way we do business.
The Congress will happen at the Westin Hotel, Pune located in the beautiful Koregaon Park along the Mula Mutha River.
